Realms Co provides automation, integration, and software development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:
- You retain ownership of your data and content
- Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom work created specifically for you
- We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, data, and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realms Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Warranty
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on completed projects. This covers defects in our deliverables but does not cover issues caused by third-party services, your modifications, or changing requirements.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
